Below are the prices for printing, which include charges for equipment, repairs, maintenance, energy, and paper supplies.

Support
If you experience any difficulties in printing a job, please contact the “SuperUser” listed on the printer itself. That person is responsible for basic maintenance for that printer, including refilling the paper trays. If he or she is unavailable, or if you have issues with the PaperCut site, please contact the Drake Support Center’s Help Desk at 515.271.3001 or supportcenter@drake.edu.
Please note that faculty and staff are ineligible for refunds on print jobs. Any other questions can be sent to the Director of Purchasing, Caron Findlay.
