As of 10:53 Blueview maintenance is completed. Thank you! On Monday, 4/14/2014, blueView will be undergoing emergency maintenance from 10pm-11pm. During this time service will be unavailable or intermittent.

Blackboard has identified a widespread issue with the Crocodoc tool. You may receive an error like this: “Whoops! An error occurred while viewing this page.” Blackboard is actively working on a solution. Please watch this space for updates.

We have resolved the blueView issue and services are now restored. We will also be following up with a root cause analysis to identify proactive and preventative measures.
Blackboard is back up, and we are still working with the BlueView vendor Ellucian to restore service. We currently have a sev 1 incident open, and we will post additional information as it is available.
