Banner access and firefox

We have had some reports of trouble accessing Banner from within the Firefox web browser (result of a firefox auto update). If you are experiencing trouble try re-enabling java by following the below guides.

If the problem persists after following the steps in the respective guides, please call the Drake Support Center at 515-271-3001.

Note: Access to Banner from within Internet Explorer, Safari, and Google Chrome web browsers should continue to function without issue.
